Shabbat Services

Shabbat Services

Shabbat services are a mixture of Hebrew and English prayers and chanting. All are welcome to come and participate or simply observe!

Friday Evening Services

Our Friday evening services are held every Friday and start at 8PM.

The front doors are locked at 7:55PM. If you arrive after that you’ll have to use the back entrance, There will be a paved road to drive down located to the left when facing the front of the Synagogue. This brings you to a parking lot with a ramp located at the back. Once there you should see other cars and the entrance is around the left side following the sidewalk.

Saturday Morning Torah Services

Our Saturday morning Torah services begin at 10AM every Saturday.

Our Book

We use the Mishkan T’Filah (“Tabernacle of Prayer”). It is the new Reform prayer book, the first since Gates of Prayer was published in 1975. There have been significant changes in Reform Judaism in those 35 years, and the Mishkan T’Filah reflects the most current thinking about Reform worship and ideology. Some of Mishkan T’Filah’s key features include:

  • Transliteration of Hebrew prayers, so that everyone can participate and understand what we are praying.
  • Beautiful new English Readings
  • More than 100 traditional and contemporary song texts to enrich the music of our services.
